Aisshwarya, a proactive individual, took the initiative to organize the Youth Leadership Summit,
a conference focused on empowering and inspiring young individuals in Bengaluru to cultivate a
solution-centric mindset. The summit aimed to encourage and promote innovative thinking and
problem-solving skills among students. The event was conducted as a part of the larger initiative to
support the brand Bengaluru, which aims to enhance the city’s reputation as a hub for innovation and
creativity.
Through the summit, Aisshwarya aimed to create a platform for students to interact with industry
leaders, entrepreneurs, and professionals, allowing them to learn from experts and exchange ideas
with their peers. The Youth Leadership Summit was a resounding success, and it played a crucial role

Aisshwarya has been recognized for her leadership in innovative educational
initiatives. One of her notable contributions is the creation of Penumbra,
a shadow play kit designed to serve as an academic curriculum that goes
beyond the traditional classroom setting. Penumbra aims to foster creativity
and enhance students’ learning experiences by providing a unique and
hands-on approach to learning. This one-of-a-kind curriculum is a result of
Aisshwarya’s vision to transform the education system and make learning
more engaging and inspiring for students of all ages. Through Penumbra,

Her ambitious initiative centres around providing comprehensive guidance

The initiative titled “We Care We Share” has been introduced with the
objective of assisting government schools to adopt the latest processes and
technologies utilized by renowned schools in the city. By doing so, the
initiative aims to boost the level of engagement among students and drive
educational advancement in these schools. The goal is to bridge the gap
between the quality of education offered by government schools and leading
private schools in the city. Through this initiative, the hope is to create a
more level playing field for students from all backgrounds and provide them
with equal opportunities.

Hoovu is a women-led entrepreneurial venture that
strives to simplify women’s daily lives. The company
is dedicated to providing innovative solutions that
help women accomplish their everyday tasks easily
and efficiently. Aisshwarya, the founder of Hoovu,
is deeply committed to supporting ventures that
prioritise women’s empowerment and well-being. She
believes that by providing women with the right tools
and resources, they can achieve their full potential

reflect this commitment, and the company continues

GULAB SEVA FOUNDATION
Aisshwarya has taken charge of a cervical cancer awareness program through the
Gulab Seva Foundation. Her leadership and commitment to empowering women’s
health is commendable. The program’s objective is to educate women about
cervical cancer prevention and early detection. By spreading awareness, Aishwarya
has helped to bring about tangible improvements in healthcare outcomes within
the community. The program has not only increased awareness of cervical cancer
but also highlighted the importance of early detection, which can save lives.
Women in the community have become more aware of the risk factors of cervical
cancer and the importance of screening. The program has also emphasized the
importance of regular check-ups and provided access to screening facilities.
